Gift Shop de La Ermita
The Gift Shop is a ministerial space in the Sanctuary dedicated to the sale of religious articles, with the objective of promoting in our pilgrims a formed and authentic devotion in the fundamental values of the Catholic faith, as well as helping to support the work of the Sanctuary.
"El Cobre" Flower Shop
The National Shrine of Our Lady of Charity is pleased to announce to the entire community that we have a flower shop in our Shrine to make it easier for pilgrims to purchase the flowers that they offer with so much love and devotion to the Virgin of Charity.
Open from Thursday to Monday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Mission of the Archconfraternity
The Archconfraternity of Our Lady of Charity is a Marian association that honors the Mother of God, and invites to honor Her under the title of Our Lady of Charity. The Archconfraternity is located in the National Shrine of the Archdiocese and its motto is: "To Jesus through Mary. Charity Unites Us."
The total number of members is about 50,000, and between 2004 and 2010, 3,000 have been associated.
Virgen Mambisa
The National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Charity, the Ermita de la Caridad, is pleased to present the new version of the iconic hymn Virgen Mambisa by Rogelio Zelada and Orlando Rodríguez.
With the production of maestro Pavel Urkiza and the voice of the talented singer Haydee Milanés, the Virgen Mambisa [Exiled Virgin] pays homage to the Virgen de la Caridad, the Patroness of Cuba, and is a celebration of faith, culture and the hope of the Cuban people.
